I just found you, your words, your voice, here in this place, today. Thank you. Beautifully written and read. Keep nourishing your soul with whatever your garden man is feeding you! I'm 65, writing a memoir, and I'm a poet--so maybe some of my pieces are meant to be in this form--thank you for showing the way.

Oh, these words! I listened and read and listened again—goosebumps every time. You weave together the threads of your own experience with that of every woman with such painful, beautiful precision. Thank you, thank you, Catherine for sharing. I look forward to reading (and hearing) more!

Wow. Catherine. First, I loved hearing your voice actually speaking this poemoir. It is beautiful and thought-provoking, and for me, it just so clearly expresses what a complicated moment this is of both personal and universal struggle. I love how personal you make this, but I love how I can also personally relate to many aspects of your experience. It's powerful.

Such insightful words… “ It’s ourselves we raise as mothers. It’s us we learn to love. ” Is it wrong that I can still smile at dick driven egos, puking when that guy got elected & especially grandma Stella stirring the pot!

I listened to the audio and I was moved to tears - one woman's story is all our stories in form. Absolutely beautiful!

This just blew me away. You cover so much territory or terrain and reveal so much about the sources of our pain. What an excavation of a life. I’m glad I chose to listen, as well as read your “poememoir.” I will share with my friends. Thank you, Catherine.
